The firm was founded in 1946 by Luigi Finardi, with premises in Foro Buonaparte, Milano. Sergio Lodi joined his uncle Luigi in 1966 after 10 years of managerial experience in a metal trading company. Enrico Lodi joined in 1986, and thereafter Ruggero Camisasca (1999), Alessandro Barilli (2010), Mirko Orsi (2016), Martina Camisasca (2017).

The firm is currently doing buisiness as Lodi Camisasca Orsi – LCO & Partners, Co. Limited and still assists customers originated in the 1940s and helps many companies and groups,

both Italian and foreign, private and public, to move their steps in the administrative, fiscal, financial and real estate matters, within the constraints of the Italian regulatory environment.

Since 1990 member of Prime Global, an international association of professional studies that has over 300 studies in 90 countries, with more than 800 offices, 2,300 partners and 13,000 collaborators who offer their skills to help associated studies and their clients in a European context and extra-European.
